"Get your next Job here!"
We are looking for you as
CMS / Java Developer (m/f/d)
Münster, full-time, starting immediately
Are you looking for new challenges? Would you like to organise your working day more flexibly? Are you ready to work increasingly independently? Then why not become part of our small team and join us, because we can offer you all of this.
As a CMS and Java Senior Developer, you will be involved in customer projects in various industries and develop customised solutions primarily for and with Crownpeak's CMS FirstSpirit. Your creativity is in demand here. You will also be in direct contact with our customers and support them with your expertise. This also gives you the opportunity to organise your working day flexibly. Even if the customer is clearly our focus, fun, enjoyment and passion for the job are no less important to us.
Your skills - what you should bring with you
There are a few things you should already know and/or be able to do.
✔ Java skills
You should be very familiar with the object-oriented programming language Java and have at least 5 years of experience with this object-oriented programming language.
✔ HTML, CSS, JavaScript
You are not completely unfamiliar with these front-end technologies.
✔ Experience with a CMS advantageous
Perhaps you already know one or the other CMS, ideally even FirstSpirit?
✔ Agile process models
Experience in agile software development with Scrum or Kanban is required.
✔ Communication skills
Direct contact with our customers and other partners must not throw you off your game.
✔ Independence, motivation and willingness to learn
You should definitely have these qualities.
✔ Very good written and spoken German skills
This is essential as you will often have to discuss complex issues with our customers.
✔ You
And of course you yourself. If you're ready to take on new challenges with us with sense and understanding, but also put your heart and soul into it, then you've come to the right place.
What we can offer you...
You're probably wondering what we can offer you personally. Some things are certainly obligatory, such as a flat hierarchy, a personal environment or the usual snacks in the kitchen. But you certainly won't find other things like this everywhere.
Mac or Windows... What would you like?
Basically, we don't tell you how and what you should work with. That's why you're spoilt for choice. Decide for yourself which platform you want to work with. However, we always try to act as sustainably as possible. For example, we don't regularly release the latest MacBook every year.
Company mobile phone
Of course you also get a company mobile phone. But here, too, we try to pay attention to sustainability.
Barbecue and football in the office
For a distraction in between or a round of table football to round off the evening? Or firing up the barbecue in summer? Both are possible in our office.
I'm not going to the office today.
Of course there are appointments where we have to meet in the office. But we're mainly in our beautiful office because we want to be. Working together and having a coffee together is simply nicer in real life.
Early riser or night owl?
We don't care whether you are one or the other. We never look at the clock. You organise your working day yourself as far as possible.
Control is good, trust is better.
As an IT service provider, we certainly have to adapt to our customers to some extent. Nevertheless, we do not work to a time clock.
Would you like a little more? Holiday days: 30+
What does 30+ mean here? First of all, we all have 30 days holiday. But if the holiday isn't enough or you just want more...
Too much month at the end of the money?
We believe that good work must be well paid.
Have we piqued your interest?
Then apply now.
If we have convinced you and you would like to join us and become part of our small team, then apply now. We ask you to send us your application in digital form only, as we also take care not to waste resources unnecessarily. Use the email address jobs@contaio.de for your application. Please also make sure that your email is no larger than 50 MB.
A tip for your application
In addition to the usual contents of an application (CV and your supporting documents), you should also write something about yourself, what made you decide to join us, who you are and what makes you tick. A bit of prose won't hurt, as we also want to get to know you as a person. Just convince us with your personality, because facts and figures aren't everything.
